Manual Handling.

This half day course was designed to meet the training requirements of the Manual Handling Regulations and the employers statutory duty to train their employees.
Course content includes an understanding of the legal requirements, resources, training and correct lifting techniques.
Target group: any one who as part of their job role is required to lift, carry or move heavy loads.
